Refund and Returns Policy

At Grand Style, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.

🔁 Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
• Non-returnable items: Clearance items, personalized items, or used/damaged products.
• How to return:
  1. Contact us at info@grandstyle.com.eg with your order number and reason.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the address we provide.
• Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was incorrect or defective.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

If you haven't received your refund, check with your bank or contact us for assistance.

🛠️ Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
