1. Delivery Timeline

Orders are delivered within 72 hours of confirmation, through our courier partners.

2. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, our team will confirm it via WhatsApp (with a phone call as backup where needed), including your delivery address, contact details, and order summary — to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary by governorate and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will make three delivery attempts to reach you. If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide, with the exception of destinations experiencing active conflict or security restrictions.

• International shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
• Your order is delivered directly to you — no customs clearance agent is required on your end.
• International delivery timelines and fees will be communicated at checkout or by our Customer Care team.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is picked up from our warehouse, our courier partner will send you a tracking number and tracking link via WhatsApp, so you can follow your order's journey right to your door.
